Recover is a fantastic blend Eucalyptus, Black Pepper and Lavender to soothe muscles and help repair skin.
The core ingredients are known to be great for use after exercise, help to relieve sun burn and reduce discomfort from minor cuts and grazes whilst promoting healing.
This powerful blend of ingredients also makes for a great travel companion for when you find Adventure dries your skin too much. As with all of our soaps this is also approved for use as a shampoo and can be used as a single bar solution when you want to travel light.
This soap is suitable for Vegetarians, Vegans and has zero single use plastic packaging. As with all of our bar soaps, Recover is free from Palm Oil, SLS, SLES and is also cruelty free.

Eucalyptus – Strong, fresh and pungent, our Eucalyptus essential oil, steam distilled from the blue-green leaves of the plant is cleansing, invigorating and bracing for the mind and body, most commonly used to clear congestion and relieve achy muscles.
Black Pepper – Warm, spicy and woody with a stimulating aroma, our Black Pepper essential oil, steam distilled from the peppercorns of the plant is used in aromatherapy to ease aching muscles, boost the immune system, improve circulation and comfort a tired spirit.

Usage
Everybody probably has their own habits of washing in the shower and there is nothing wrong with that. Here are the top tips for a thorough wash whilst making your soap last longer.
The Top Down Wash – Start by wetting yourself all over. Work the soap into a thick lather with your hands and apply to skin with a circular motion for about 30 seconds. Since gravity normally makes water fall down, start at the top and work your way down, this ensures that you aren’t rinsing dirt from above downwards onto clean areas. Head first, feet last.
Grizzly Bars are designed to require less water to rinse off than some other products. This means they are great for travelling too. When water is scarce such as camping, I recommend lathering the soap all over yourself with the shower turned off and then quickly rinsing it all off at the end. Although sometimes it is just nice to be immersed in hot water !
